These Terms of Service govern your use of Jobaify's website and recruitment services. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Jobaify website (jobaify.com) and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Jobaify B.V. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Our Services

Jobaify provides AI-powered recruitment services including: • Candidate sourcing, screening, and matching for businesses • AI-conducted candidate interviews with structured frameworks • Candidate intelligence reports delivered to hiring companies • Career resources, events, and coaching for job seekers • A verified candidate programme (Jobaify Verified) Jobaify is a recruitment firm, not a SaaS platform. We do not provide direct access to dashboards or databases; all outputs are delivered as reports and communications.

3. For Employers

Employers engaging Jobaify agree to: • Provide accurate job descriptions, salary information, and requirements • Use candidate data and intelligence reports solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates for the specified role • Not share, resell, or repurpose candidate data without written consent • Make final hiring decisions with human oversight — AI reports are advisory, not determinative • Comply with applicable employment and data protection laws in their jurisdiction

4. For Candidates

Candidates using Jobaify services agree to: • Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and interviews • Consent to AI-based assessment and the sharing of resulting reports with prospective employers • Not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or identity • Understand that Jobaify cannot guarantee employment outcomes

5. Intellectual Property

All content on jobaify.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Jobaify B.V. and is protected by Dutch and international intellectual property laws. The Jobaify brand, logo, and "5-Model Consensus System" methodology are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Candidate intelligence reports are generated with the assistance of AI and are intended as informational aids. Jobaify does not warrant that AI assessments are free from error or that they predict job performance with certainty. All AI outputs are reviewed as part of our process, and human recruiters remain involved throughout.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jobaify B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or failure to achieve a hire. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Jobaify in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
