1. Who We Are

Jobaify B.V. ("Jobaify", "we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered recruitment firm registered in the Netherlands, with its registered office at versailleslaan 12, eindhoven. We act as a data controller for the personal data we collect through this website and our recruitment services.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data: • Identity data: name, job title, company name • Contact data: email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile URL • Professional data: CV/resume, work history, qualifications, skills, interview recordings, and AI-generated assessment scores • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies • Usage data: pages visited, referral source, time on site • Communications: messages sent via our contact form or email

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to: • Provide recruitment services including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement • Generate AI-based candidate assessment reports and share them with prospective employers • Conduct automated AI interviews and analyse responses • Communicate with you about open roles, events, and Jobaify services • Improve our AI models and recruitment processes • Comply with our legal obligations Our lawful bases include: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and where required, explicit consent.

4. AI Processing & Automated Decision-Making

Jobaify uses a 5-model AI consensus system to evaluate candidate responses and generate candidate intelligence reports. Scores and insights from this process are shared with potential employers to assist their hiring decisions. These AI-generated assessments are one input among many — final hiring decisions are always made by humans. You have the right to request human review of any AI-generated assessment. We comply with the EU AI Act requirements applicable to AI systems used in employment contexts.

5. Data Sharing

We share personal data with: • Employers who engage Jobaify to fill a role (candidate reports, resumes, assessment data) • Third-party service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery) • Regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. International Transfers

Where we transfer data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards including UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

7. Data Retention

Candidate profiles and assessment data are retained for up to 24 months following the conclusion of a recruitment engagement. You may request deletion at any time. Website analytics data is retained for 12 months.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and applicable Dutch data protection law, you have the right to: • Access your personal data • Rectify inaccurate data • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten") • Restrict or object to processing • Data portability • Not be subject to solely automated decisions with legal or significant effect • Withdraw consent at any time To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@jobaify.com.
